Comment:  DPhiE is the newest sorority on campus...of course they aren't going to become top tier immediately. The girls are very diverse. There are some awkward girls in the bunch but also some pretty hot ones. These girls love to party and I know a few that smoke. As time goes on they will move up in the rankings. As for sisterhood they seem to be close but I mean let's get real here they've only been back on campus for a few weeks. They have a lot of potential to be a good house
