Comment:  They overtook Sigma Chi's top spot after such a strong pledge class this year. Even without a house, they are the most dominant fraternity on campus. And don't forget how much they pull. Sigma Chi has been begging Theta to come back to them, because Theta and Tri Delt are all over these gentleman. Delt has just given up and hanging out with KD now
