Comment:  this won't be 100% honest because I couldn't even rate them as not hot.... but there's no way that they purposely act awkward because they naturally just are. during recruitment I spoke to an exec member who seemed totally disinterested and awkward and I feel as exec, you need to step it up when it comes to recruitment. every conversation I had was beyond painful to sit through and there was no connection whatsoever but I kept getting called back unfortunately
