Comment:  This is a reflection of where the sorority is currently. May change in the future, but quite a ways to go before they get better than akdphi or even approach the top 3. Personally, I don't think they can touch the strong sisterhood of DG or the incredible likability of AOII. They are a good fit for all the super "uchicago" girls who aren't really the sorority type but still want to be in greek life.
