Comment:  They've got a tough row to hoe, but have made tremendous strides during the 2-3 years in their house. Bottom middle-tier with Phi Psi and Sig Ep at best. Their quality of members is night and day compared to when they started as a colony. Parties are really good-above what you might expect. More involvement on campus would go a long way. I assume the brotherhood is strong considering the size, and growth. Not the best at all, but at the same time one to keep an eye on down the road.
