Comment:  Good middle tier fraternity. They really worked their way up from the bottom these past few years! The guys are sooo nice! And they're house is being built right now, which is super annoying cause of the noise but they'll probably explode in popularity once it's done! Can't wait to be neighbors with you boys ;)
