Comment:  This is probably the most underrated chapter on campus. They just barely got recolonized and they are already one of the best houses. They are extremely involved and know how to treat women and other frats. I was skeptical of their brotherhood and the apartments they live in, but they are all really great guys that are really close to each other and actually have very nice living quarters. I could see myself spending the rest of my life with a Beta. Excellent gentlemen.
