Comment:  Somewhat agree with last rank. Dont hangout with them that much but have been to most their big parties the last 2yrs. Have def stepped it up. Separated themselves from KA & SigEp last yr, & honestly Delt too do far this semester. Hard to put a numerical ranking on them, but their last few parties have been top tier-esque.
