Comment:  After TKE got kicked off, Phi Psi has been priding itself as being the party house. Now they are very similar to TKE, but a milder, frattier version. The new guys though seem less classy and the freshmen they are bringing over have been different from who they have recruited in the past. I think this is the year where it's make it or break it from a top to a middle tier frat on campus, and sadly I think they will slide to the middle tier.
