Comment:  i would put these guys and ZBT at the top. definitely rivals with ZBT. really hot older guys. dont really have any sophomore and then have an awful pledge class. always on social prob but they still have fun parties. the house is definitely carried by their juniors. still always have a great time hear tho. definitely better than sig chi and sig ep.
