Comment:  The Phi Delts are sweety pies! They're not a big fraternity so they don't throw huge ragers like TKE or D Chi but their parties are great for pre gaming and they usually give out free booze. They have a couple cute guys and no creepers that I've met so far. This are the boys you bring home to meet mom! They just need to step it up and become known on campus a little more because they seriously are a hidden treasure!
