Comment:  They would definitely be a top fraternity, at Devry. Iv met more sociable guys at a home school convention and been to better parties at a Rice football game. But if you enjoy fiestas with loads of piñata fun then by all means go enjoy one of their absolute ragers and meet plenty of their quality cholos.
