Comment:  They are not #1, but I would put them in the top tier for sure. Maybe they'll get it together for sing this year. It's a pretty big deal that their president won homecoming queen and their float was enviable for sure. their newest PC is full of great girls, and I've heard a lot of great things about them from freshmen. Nice girls who aren't high on themselves and very diverse.
