Comment:  Everyone seems to love Kappas, but they can come off as fairly elitist. Their philanthropy last year was a country club themed thing spelled with K's which seemed more like a play date for rich brats than a real philanthropy. They are definitely behind the times when it comes to diversity and give off the appearance of being very much a white group, even though they probably don't intend to.
