Comment:  DTDs are rapidly rising to the top. When they first came to campus, they were a joke waiting for a punch line. Now, they are quickly moving up the rankings, as all the weirdos have dropped or graduated and been replaced by hot and fun guys who actually care about their fraternity. They have a really good reputation with girls, Pepperdine, and GDIs. They are much more selective now, but truly enjoy hanging out with each other and have no problems with being welcoming to outsiders.
