Comment:  Ok these rankings are pretty accurate overall other than this...SIG EP ROCKS! They are definitely making there way up to being one of the best frats on campus, and as their social scene continues to go up, they will definitely be considered top tier along with the ones already up there, ie Sigma Chi and Fiji and Lambda and SAE. I see Chi Phi and Sig ep as the two up and coming top tier frats. Definitely hang out there!
