Comment:  Okay now that some of those creeper seniors are gone! It's so much better with some of the newer guys in the leadership of this chapter. Now just stop thinking that your 'chi phi' identity is all based on the fact that you're off campusIt's been great that some of the never members have been more active in the Greek community, making teams at sorority events, etc. But seriously, less emphasis on partying and more emphasis on a building a chapter that will last.
