Comment:  I don't know why anyone is even ranking Theta. They've hardly been around enough to have an actual personality, like KKG or DG or Pi Phi. Any new chapter is going to have a handful of not very cute girls because headquarters hand picks the charter members, so it takes SO LONG for the chapter to normalize and figure themselves out. Talk to them in five years or something.
