Comment:  They don't really host parties at their house with the exception of those dance ones with the dj which occur like 4 times a year. Back to the people, the average phidelt is soft and overall a little weird for ones taste. They aren't cool but do have a few solid bros. They also know they aren't a top house but don't try to act like it. They attract a certain type of freshman that wants to be the top guy at a house but won't be able to do that anywhere else.
