Comment:  Theta Chi is finally coming back as a dominant frat at SU. They've been staying on the dl a little bit after they lost their on campus house, but have slowly started growing back. All great guys with a strong brotherhood, not snooty or pretentious like a lot of other frats tend to be. Their parties have been getting progressively better this year. Always good vibes from the brothers towards girls and non-brothers at parties.
