Comment:  On the rise! More fun and not as awkward as they were 3 years ago. Definitely more guys who like to drink and have a good time even though they are mostly engineers! Mixers, date parites, and formals with these guys are always a blast. I feel like they were a little more fun last year, but that will change once the pledges come out of their shell. Very involved on campus and have always had a good rep. For those who said tke is better... um, no. So false. Chi phi has improved so much socially!
