Comment:  Skulls, or Phi Kaps, whatever you wish to call them is on the rise. They are one of the only fraternities not under investigation or on probation. They do a lot to help the greater Lafayette community as well as the Purdue campus. Not only are they great with community service. They throw some pretty sick parties, and I mean huge. I really hope they start rising through the ranks to party with my house. Too bad my older sisters are stuck in their ways. :(
