Comment:  Phi Psi is actually one of the most exclusive fraternities on campus. It's not easy to get in here. I know many people who have not gotten a bid from Phi Psi who have rushed. Anyone who says that these buys blanket bid does not know anything about the Greek System here at UCR. They have blanket bidded before but that was years ago when they were still new. Anyone who thinks they can just walk in and get a bid from Phi Psi will be in for a surprise when they get rejected.
