Comment:  I would seriously watch out for Theta Chi if I were any other fraternity on this campus. They may be new but they will be top tier within 3 years guaranteed. I cannot name one guy in this fraternity that wouldn't go out of his way to be a gentleman. I absolutely love this group of guys. Such an underrated frat for how genuine they are.
