Comment:  It's funny to see people post "they're trying to be top tier." I have a lot of friends who are KDs and they really don't seem to care about being top or middle tier. They're just being themselves and if that makes them top middle or top then that's great but they definitely don't strive to "beat everyone else," they just try to better themselves and their chapter, which is way more than I can say for any "top tier" sorority on campus.
