Comment:  Pi Phi had a mixer with Sigma Chi a few weeks ago and ALL of PC 13 loved the guys. Most were attractive and knew how to treat ladies at a party. They were beyond friendly and funny. I would recommend Sigma Chi over any other fraternity to a guy looking to rush next year!
