Comment:  AOII is known for recruiting classy and diverse girls and not judging based on looks, but rather embracing sweet and bright girls who would make strong leaders on campus. Even with this no judgment policy, AOII ends up with the most beautiful girls on campus, both inside and out. Just goes to show how much having an open heart and a positive attitude is important for forming a close sisterhood. And, AOII is well respected by the fraternities and campus community, which is a huge plus.
