Comment:  I'm pretty sure people still hate on them because they are resistant to change. If a chapter gets better people feel threatened and think their chapter might go down. Rather than working hard to keep their chapter amazing they try to smother the chapter that improved and force them back into the mold that they once fit. Its not very panhellenic of them, but, fortunately, not all people in the Greek community are like that. "Comparison is the thief of joy."
