Comment:  It's very hard for me to rank Theta because I have had an equal amount of positive and negative experiences with them. Last year I roomed with a Theta, and let me tell you, it was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. She was openly rude to me just for absolutely no reason, i assume it was either jealousy or just an overall bad attitude.
