Comment:  Sorry gals but the old "reputation" still rings true. Lowest ranked sorority on campus. Probably going to suffer the most this year during rush because new girls are going to want to join Chi O over having Kappa's rep if they can't get into any of the middle/top tier sororities. I would say sweet girls, but the Kappas I know are actually kinda rude and stuck up... but that's just my opinion.
