Comment:  Phi Delt has a lot going for them, and they know it. They have one of the best houses on campus. They have money, but they flaunt it. They are very regional on who they pick from. I think that they are cool boys, but they seem to be kind of quiet and bratty. Also, they are not involved at all and seem to care less about everything, including community involvement, their fraternity, and grades.
