Comment:  How the hell is ADP the top rated frat? They weren't even around last year, and they're barely around now. I have NEVER even seen anyone wearing their letters... They may have the best house on the frat quad, but that doesn't make them top frat, especially when they're in the rebuilding process. It's really seems like these reviews are from brothers, which is pathetic. The quad is going down, and as of now, Sig Ep is the most popular on campus frat, but come on.
