Comment:  delta chi has a reputation for being a permanent bottom tier at UCR. it has a strong nationals, but locally just hasn't been able to find the key to becoming a popular fraternity on campus. they rush the wrong guys and they dont mesh well. typically delta chi is laughed at on and around campus, but it has potential. I wouldnt join this fraternity but check them back up in 5-10 years.
