Comment:  Honestly the top 2 frats at MSU are PIKE and Chop in any order. Chops hare killing it with their parties and have had quality guys come in the last few years. Their campus involvement is great as well. My only complaint with them is they are very doushey and talk crap about other frats too much as a rush tool, all frats do it but they are getting more of a rep for it
