Comment:  Many different definitions of what a top tier is.. Recruitment they are winning, Social/Parties are top notch, check into their community service because they have been recognized nationally, winning awards nationally, and Greek Week winners...seems like they are doing well in every category other than classiness... All biases aside, PIKES are top 2 here just based on them doing well in every category, and take into account Pike is a big national fraternity and they are wining national awards
