Comment:  Though on the decline phi psi is still a top house here. The guys are put together, smart, and in good standing with the university. Seems like 1/2 the guys are pretty cool and 1/2 are less so. Arrogance has definitely been a main complaint about this house and socially they aren't as fun as other houses.
