Comment:  They seem to be slipping hard. The townhouse will probably help them avoid a total collapse but their seniors are their best class and when they graduate its downhill from there. Their pledge process sucks from what I've heard and their fall class is unimpressive to say the least. There doesn't appear to be a path for them to the top anymore until they make some internal changes.
