Comment:  Great chapter with great tradition. Phi delts love being there. Lots of money comes through this house through big kansas city and wichita families, but there are also a good amount of out of state kids, so you dont have to be from KC to fit in. Apparently 4 million dollar renovation coming summer 2014. Best on campus now, will be even better with the renovation.
