Comment:  Tri C was a decent group but their is no reason to believe it was any better than the other local fraternities that were at Baylor from the 1930s until 1976. Taurus, KOT, Chamber and tons of others were great groups. Bottom line phi delt for the past 20 years has been a joke. We will see if it gets any better.
