Comment:  Theta Chi is the newest fraternity on Towson's campus and they have much to learn. They're a group of really nice guys that love to be involved on campus, but don't have a clue how to party. Their brotherhood needs a lot of work, they don't even know eachother. These guys also wear their letters way too much.
