Comment:  'You don't need a house to be a top house.' Sorry to say but in order to be a "top house" you do need a house... otherwise you're just an organized club. Not to bash on Pike but without a traditional house, they become more like ASUN or UPC than they do your typical fraternities. I will say that Pike is the more organized and valuable non-house "fraternity" on campus, way ahead of TKE and Theta Chi and whatever other clubs are out there.
