Comment:  I think this a fair ranking. no bashing just honesty. Truthfully, they arent any closer to being middle tier this year but in a few years they might be. Their girls do come across as a little pretentious by bashing other chapters but that can be fixed. We'll just have to see how phi mu does and if this chapter can minimize its drama.
