Comment:  Idaho Phi Delta Theta seems to be on a good upswing currently. They got fourth in grades out of 17 last semester, are doing very well in intramurals, have quite a few social functions, and are in general nice guys. Outside of the house is a little run down, but the inside is one of the cleanest on campus.
