Comment:  They like to think theyre a top tier frat but definitely not (I consider top Sig nu, sig chi, beta). Solid Middle tier frat. Nice guys, decent parties, decent house. Very mixed fraternity, some very cool, some very weird guys. Still, I have a good time at SAE, some of my best friends are in it. They've also got a great brotherhood, probably one of the best.
