Comment:  other chapters like to place AOPi at the bottom just so that they don't have to face the fact that THEY are sliding (ahem, DZ). These girls are individuals & not stuck up, incompetent clones of one another. AOPi's sisterhood bond is probably the best on campus & the girls that I've met have been genuine & sweet. Obviously it will take a bit to reach top tier, but if you're looking for more than getting sloppy drunk & gossiping about other sisters, then AOPi, AXiD, & ChiO are your best bets.
