Comment:  I believe that Chi Phi needs to put a stronger emphasis on campus involvement, classiness, and brotherhood. What they seem to emphasize most is throwing large parties, having a lavish house, and drinking heavily. Their priorities should change if they want to have a better reputation on campus.
