Comment:  Have a chance of being near top tier if they could get more involved on campus and a larger brotherhood. The parties they throw always seem to attract the sketchiest people and how they manage to keep them in line I have no idea. Most of the things they do seem to be brotherhood only and the ones I have met all seem to get along together.
