Comment:  Like KA, a 2nd tier fraternity that is on the decline. If you like southern stuff but KA is too much for you and you can't get a bid from SAE or Sigma Chi, sure go for it but definitely on the decline. If you are looking for a super "fratty" fraternity who is super "bro" and SEC wannabe or whatever Phi Delt fits the bill.
