Comment:  Was nothing before their new house and have become an average middle tier fraternity. Their pledge class was big for them this year, but that doesn't say much. The newer brothers and new pledges are cooler than the old ones but still are weird overall. Their parties are rarely any good and they don't pull many girls. Still, they're improving.
