Comment:  I think you mean he just got cut during rush from all of those fraternities during rush. You can't blackball someone that's not a pledge. I think I know who you're talking about though because my fraternity also cut a kid that became notorious around a few of the top tiers as a huge tool. He pledged Lambda Chi.
